Shipping policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 days of being placed, please allow delays in the estimated delivery time due to the Covid-19 pandemic. 

Once the order is dispatched, My Furry Paws Boutique is no longer in control of the item and is not responsible for any losses or damage during the transit. Tracked service is therefore provided. 

• Orders may be returned within 14 days of being received. The buyer is responsible for the postage costs therefore it is suggested to choose tracked and signed for option as my Furry Paws Boutique is not responsible for lost items during the transit.
• Refund will be issued within 2 days from the day the items had arrived back. 
• To be eligible for a refund, the items must arrive in the same condition as they had been shipped - unused and clean.
